CANCELLATIONS:
We request the courtesy of a 24- hour cancellation notice for all SPA services.
Cancellations less than 24- hour notice will be charged 50% of the service fee and gift certificates will be reduced to half value. No-Shows will be charged 100% of service fee.
LATE ARRIVALS:
To insure that you receive your full service, please be on time. All late arrivals are responsible for full service payment.- For your safety, we request that you disclose any recent medical conditions, prescriptions, allergies, or surgeries before services are performed.
- Please consider other clients and therapists when you are sick with a fever or a new cold. We are promoting a germ-free environment.
- We are dedicated to cleanliness, safety and hygiene. We use hospital grade disinfectants to clean and sanitize our floors and equipment.
